This versatile cocktail recipe can take on many versions...
This particular recipe calls for:
1 Part Ginger Ale
1 Part Pineapple Juice
1 Shot Malibu Rum (or 2 if you are in the mood to get saucy)
Sliced Blood Oranges for garnish
Served over ice
I love to use Trader Joe's mini cans of 100% Pineapple Juice because it tastes yummy and you can save the extra cans for cocktails another night!
I also like to use raspberries and mint in place of the blood oranges during Christmas or Valentine's Day if you want to change the colors of the drink.
You can also line the rim with colored sugar and if you are hosting a children's party save the rum for yourself, you can make an adult cocktail after the clean up is over!
