Before and After Beach Condo

Posted on February 12, 2014 by Jessica Nicolls | 0 Comments

When we first walked into this condo it was a sea of seafoam green. The carpet was dingy and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls.
See what we mean?
We completely gutted this unit and reconfigured the master bathroom. There was a tiny hallway to a series of compartmentalized closets and rooms, which we opened up to create one large master bathroom.
The entry way had a large closet as you walked into the unit on the right, which made the space feel small and cramped.
We removed the closet and created a bench for removing shoes, flanked by storage.
The guest bathroom was large but lacked storage.

We created more storage and kept with the traditional feel the owners wanted.
Thanks for taking our before and after home tour! Stayed tuned for more projects.
