This salad was a hit at our Lavender & Lilies party!

Cous Cous Salad
6 Cups prepared Cous Cous
(I love Trader Joe’s Whole Wheat Cous Cous)
1 Medium Yellow Onion
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 
1 Cup Sliced Almonds
1 Cup Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Dice onion, yellow & red bell peppers and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté onions first then bell peppers. Mix in to cous cous in a large bowl. Add in sliced almonds and balsamic vinegar.
